You are right there are a lot of scams and we have to have our eyes open so we can find them and sometimes someone can see something you dont (thats why I went back and checked the site, I thought maybe they cahnged their practice )

The two I listed the first link charges 19 dollars for 6 months access and allows you to locaye honest companies hiring the second one has a free and a charge section, I am able to located companies for free here.
